This strength in motherhood class is designed for mothers and their babies, focusing on safe, functional movement throughout the journey of motherhood. With an emphasis on proper body mechanics and core engagement, moms will learn how to move, lift, and carry their babies with strength and confidence. Babies can be worn in carriers or used as added resistance during exercises, making them an active part of the workout. The class supports postpartum recovery, enhances stability, and builds foundational strength to meet the physical demands of everyday life with a growing child.
