This 60-minute strength & fitness class is designed for moms in every stage of motherhood — whether you’re newly postpartum or years into your journey. Children are always welcome to attend, and can even be part of the fun (yes, they make excellent “resistance” for some movements!).

Classes focus on building strength, boosting energy, and creating community with other moms who “get it.” No need for childcare — just bring your little one(s) along and enjoy a workout that works for your life.
